We took Eva swimming for the first time and she seemed to love it! :)

Memorial Day at Wolf Trap

We spent the evening at Wolf Trap listening to the Marines Corps band, which was followed by fireworks.

Suzi's Graduation

Suzi graduated from college with her nursing degree!
Evangelyne was surrounded by her aunts and grandparents- lots of love!!







Her 1st experience on a boat- no rides yet because the life jackets weren't big enough, but grandma watched Eva so mommy could go wakeboarding and jetskiing. :)

I've been reading an incredible and extremely helpful book, by Gary Thomas, it's called "Sacred Marriage". And here's a quote from it; I hope it encourages you, if you're married or if you are not:

"Christian marriage is marked by discipline and self-denial...Christianity does not therefore decpreciate marriage, it sanctifies it."

The quote is by Dietrich Bonhoeffer. I will occasionally be posting other quotes and excerpts from this book and other books in the future.
